Overview

The Finance Office serves as the financial center of the institution where receipts and disbursements take place, under the leadership of the Vice President for Finance/Treasurer who oversees the operations and services of the unit.

It is located at the ground floor of the Assumption Building, near the Panay Gate entrance of the school.

Services Offered

The Finance Office caters to all types of clientele of the institution – from the students and parents/ guardians, to the employees and suppliers. Its services include the following:

Modes of Payment

Payment of school fees may be made thru cash or check (personal, company, or manager’s/cashier’s check). Clearing period for personal check is three (3) banking days. Enrolled students can also pay thru phone, mobile, and online via www.bpiexpressonline.com using their ID Number as the reference number for the payment transaction provided, they have an existing BPI Express Online Account (bank account with BPI, BPI Family Savings, or BPI Direct that is enrolled online thru the BPI Express Online). Credit and debit cards may also be accepted as optional mode of payment.

There are various payment schedules to choose from: Annually, Semi-annually, Quarterly, and Monthly. Each payment term has specific due dates as follow:

Semi-annual and Quarterly terms of payment shall be converted to Monthly Basis if the given due dates are not faithfully complied with.

Statements of Account and Collectible Reports

Parents/ guardians are updated of their children’s due two (2) weeks before the examination schedule by periodic issuance of Individual Statement of Account. Class Advisers are also given the Class Collectible Report to facilitate follow up and early settlement of the students’ accounts.

The Statement of Account is also given to parents/ guardians thru the Class Advisers to remind them of their financial dues depending on their payment terms.

Finance Office is open from Mondays to Fridays: 7:00 am to 12:00 noon; 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Saturdays: 8:00am to 12:00 noon

Cashiers’ Counters are closed from Mondays to Fridays from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm; 4:30 pm onwards

Saturdays after 11:30 am
