 1. Admission of new students usually starts on the 3rd Monday of September including the acceptance of foreign students seeking admission as supported by the approved accreditation from the Bureau of Immigration (BI) issued last February 14, 2005.

 

Requirements for Admission in Junior High School

Applicants must pass the preliminary interview (when needed) conducted by the members of the Academic Council and/ or designated authority.   Transferees must be regular students upon admission.

 

Other Requirements:

  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) (Original copy must be presented.)
  • Photocopy of the Catholic Baptismal Certificate (Original copy must be presented)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Certified True Copy of SF9 (for the quarters completed)
  • Conduct grade of at least 85 and /or its equivalent
  • General Average of at least 83 in all academic subjects and with no failure in any subject
  • Drug Test Result (Prescribed Diagnostic Center)
  • Two (2) pcs. 1” x 1” pictures
  • SMCQC Recommendation Form
  • Have passed the Admission Test 
  • Final interview with  parents and students by the Principal and/or designated authority
  • Junior High School Application form
  • Two (2) copies of Recommendation form (One for the Homeroom Adviser and another one for the Guidance Counselor)

 

Requirements for Admission in Senior High School

  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) (Original copy must be presented.)
  • Photocopy of the Catholic Baptismal Certificate (Original copy must be presented)

Those who wish to enroll in the STEM Strand , the final grades in Grade 10 Science and Mathematics should be at least 85.00.

 

For Foreign Students

(Accepting applicants from Grade 7 to Grade 8)

Requirements for Admission

  1. a. For NON-IMMIGRANT (Temporary Residence)

– Student Visa Authenticated by Embassy Officials or BI
– Special Study Permit
– Order of Naturalization

   b. For IMMIGRANT (Permanent Residence)

– Validated Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)

   c. For those with Dual Citizenship

– Order of Recognition

  1. Original Passport
  2. Scholastic Records with Satisfactory Rating in all Subjects (translated in English)
  3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (translated in English) (Original copy must be presented.)
  4. Photocopy of Catholic Baptismal Certificate (translated in English) (Original copy must be presented.)
  5. Two (2) pcs. 2” x 2” pictures
  6. Have passed the Admission Test and Interview
  7. Junior High School Application form
  8. Senior High School Application form

 

Executive Order 285: BI Memorandum (October 14, 2011)

The school’s designated liaison office or school representative who must be an employee of the school shall exclusively assist or represent the foreign student in applying for conversion from any valid category admission such as student visa (9f), student visa extension, and the issuance of special study permit and ACR I-Card. 


 

2. Admission Procedure

1. Registrar’s Office

– Present / Submit complete requirements needed for preliminary screening.

2. Accounting Office

– Pay admission fee as follows:
Grade 7 to 10  – Php 600.00
Grade 11 to 12  – Php 400.00

3. Center for Life and Career Development Office (CLCD)

– Secure Admission Test Permit / Schedule.
– Take Admission Test.
– Get result on specified date.

4. Basic Education Department Office

– Final interview with parents and students.
